The current isdn4linux driver does only support ISA cards (ICN and Teles) -
the optional HiSax driver (an improved version, read the isdn4linux
mailinglist about this one) supports some more Siemens-chipset based cards
than the stock teles driver.

I don't know it the driver works on an alpha, but I am quite sure that
PCMCIA cards are not yet supported.
