I'm using an ICN ISDN card in my Alpha Noname for internet access and
mail/news transfer via uucp.

I don't own any passive ISDN card for testing HiSax with Linux/Alpha. But
there are probably problems with timers (HZ is 1024 on Alphas). Even in
the icn driver is still "wrong" timer, which causes a little too much
polling of the card (but it gives better ping times:-)). I guess it's time to
check in a fix for this.
