Alpha-PC no boot :(

Heya again,

I'm now the proud owner of an Alpha-533 PC, and my problem is that I can't
get the thing to boot. Not a peep out of the video card.

Now the video card is a Millenium II, I've got the PSU, RAM (2x32Mb
SDRAM), power switch, speaker plugged in, and it just don't do anything.

Is there a FAQ anywhere for this sort of stuff, or does anyone have any
ideas why my machine is so unhappy...

BTW no beeps out of it either.
