Debugging arithmetic traps on DEC Alpha

I'm getting a consistent arithmetic trap for
a program which gives the following console message:

arithmetic trap at 00000155556817ec: 02 0000080000000000

Could someone please give me a hint as to how to find
the point in the source code where the problem is (using
gdb)?
