Kernel errors

I wonder if anyone can help me...I have a DEC multia 166 with RedHat 5.0
on it. The machine was acting up (not booting and things) so I sent it
back to the place where I got it from and they sent me a brand new one.
The only thing that's different on this one from my old one is the memory.
Still the same amount (32M), but it's a different brand of memory.
Anyway, I am getting these messages a lot in my logs under kernel 2.0.30:

alpha kernel: lca: machine check (la=0xfffffc0000208490,pc=0x120025320)
Aug 12 00:28:22 alpha kernel: Reason: correctable ECC error (short
frame, retryable, dc_stat=0):pn Correctable read error to memory
occurred at address 13cffc0
Aug 12 00:28:22 alpha kernel: Several other correctable errors
occurred.
Aug 12 00:28:22 alpha kernel: + 0 8000000000000040 ffffffff00000018
Aug 12 00:28:22 alpha kernel: + 10 0000000100000086 67b4daf900000213
Aug 12 00:28:22 alpha kernel: + 20 00000000013cffc0 0000000000000000
Aug 12 00:28:22 alpha kernel: + 30 0000000200000002 0000007100000071
I tried to build a 2.0.35 and .34 kernel, and they failed, but I was able
to build a 2.0.33 kernel. But when I boot that kernel, I get these
messages in my logs:

kernel: unaligned trap at fffffc000037f920: fffffc0001be883e 28 2
Aug 12 00:18:19 alpha kernel: kernel: unaligned trap at fffffc000037fa14:
fffffc0001be883e 28 3
The 2.0.30 kernel is the stock kernel that came on the redhat alpha cd.
It was working fine before the machine crapped out and I had to sent it
back. Like I said, the machine is the exact same model, just brand new,
the only thing different is the memory, because they sent me different
memeory than the stuff I sent to them with the machine. Any help would be
greatly appreciated. Thanks!
