done installing but can't boot

I just got done installing red hat linux 5.1. I configured X,
check the box where it says "Use ArcConsole". The install copied some
boot file either from or to a floppy. Then it restarted it.

Within the ARCconsole, I tried configuring a boot option for
linux, but it kept asking me NT questions. Ultimately, my attempt at
using the ARC Console was a lose.

So I switched back to SRM console. I tried
b dka0
b dka0 -flags "root=/dev/sd0"
then I put in the floppy and tried
b dva0 -flags "root=/dev/sd0"

none of those work.

Is there some way to configure the ARC console or some boot
string for the SRM console that I can use to get to teh OS? I'm only a
step away from getting there.

It's an Alphastation 200. A 4gig micropolis drive. It's the only one
in there.
