Hi,

We have an SMP box running 2.2.13pre14 with an SMC network card:

  Bus 0, device 9, function 0:
Ethernet controller: SMC 9432 TX (rev 8).
Fast devsel. Fast back-to-back capable. IRQ 16. Master Capable. Latency=64. Min Gnt=8.Max Lat=28.
      I/O at 0xe800 [0xe801].
      Non-prefetchable 32 bit memory at 0xeb000000 [0xeb000000].

As I see the driver (epic100) has not been touched since 2.2.13pre13, Tx
status 0001 means Tx completed normally.

Jan 9 23:17:59 plaza kernel: eth0: Transmit timeout using MII device, Tx status 0001.

I'm now trying to upgrade to the latest driver downloaded from Becker's
site. Any other idea?

thanks
