Hello again,

after some discussion with Martin Mares, I've extended the patch to also
handle boards which have some memory mapped i/o as the first resource.
The code for generic serial boards now checks if the board has only one
i/o, and selects that for use.

This should also make most of the modem entries and perhaps others in
the PCI board table unnecessary.
