2.3.43 breaks network drivers

in 2.3.43 I can't compile the following drivers (as modules, but this
doesn't matter) anymore:

        lance.c ni65.c irport.c irtty.c arcnet.c wanmain.c irda_device.c irlan_common.c irlan_eth.c irlan_client.c

which all show these three errors:

        lance.c:986: structure has no member named `interrupt'
        lance.c:1057: structure has no member named `tbusy'
        lance.c:1062: `NET_BH' undeclared (first use in this function)
