Oops on 2.3.44/loading es1371 module

Hello again, linux-kernel!

I don't know if you folks know of this one, but I got an Oops trying to
load the es1371 module (sound card driver) into 2.3.44 (and 2.3.43) so
being such a nice person I ran it through ksymoops for ya.

Only notes I can think of is this is on Mandrake 7.0 and I got modutils
2.3.9 using rpmfind
(package modutils-2.3.9-2mdk.src.rpm) and rebuilt it under 2.3.43, if
that might have any impact upon anything. This oops is repeatable;
reboot and try loading it again, oops!

I just subbed myself to linux-kernel, but CC:'ing me in would be great.

ksymoops 2.3.3 on i686 2.3.44. Options used
     -V (default)
     -k /proc/ksyms (default)
     -l /proc/modules (default)
     -o /lib/modules/2.3.44/ (default)
     -m /usr/src/linux/System.map (default)

Warning: You did not tell me where to find symbol information. I will
assume that the log matches the kernel and modules that are running
right now and I'll use the default options above for symbol resolution.
If the current kernel and/or modules do not match the log, you can get
more accurate output by telling me the kernel version and where to find
map, modules, ksyms etc. ksymoops -h explains the options.

^^ yeah yeah that works, I just compiled the @#$% thing so everything is
in the proper place.

(imagine a modprobe sound or modprobe es1371 here)
