I'm running 2.3.45 with PCMCIA (i82365) and _NO_ CARDBUS support.
It only needed a small patch since pcmcia_lookup_bus is defined
only in CONFIG_CARDBUS time, and the ksymbol is always needed...
(the patch fixes the link-time error)
