isdn connection going undead

Hi,

my isdn connection is dropping undead. The connection stays up, but transmits no
packets at all. This happens at least since 2.3.37.
Hardware is Fritz!PCI on VIA 82 motherboard.
All drivers are compiled into the kernel.
