2.3.47 Disappearing Network

Hi,

I'm on a PPro 200MHz UP machine. I tried running 2.3.47 with the attached
.config file. When I booted up, I couldn't connect to the network for
some reason. There wasn't an error message printed in the syslog. Has
anyone else come across this problem?
