Sorry, but not true. ppp does work, but only half way. ppp-2.3.11 (I
can include logs) will exit if you use demand dialing. It works without
demand dialing, but I for one, don't care to return to diald at this
point.
Error code is bad file descriptor(9) and pppd exits. (/var/shm is
mounted).
