A driver issue, I can see the possibility.

SCSI controller = AHA2940U2W SGL
SCSI Module = aic7xxx
Disk 0 = Quantum Atlas IV 36 WLS
Disk 1 = Quantum Atlas IV 36 WLS
Disk 2 = Seagate ST150176LW
