static int sis_get_info(char *, char **, off_t, int);
static int __init sis_get_info(char *, char **, off_t, int);

static int sis_get_info (char *buffer, char **addr, off_t offset, int count)
static int __init sis_get_info (char *buffer, char **addr, off_t offset, int count)

Try inserting "__init" in these two locations......in the sis5513.c file.
