DOSEMU hard hangs system with 2.3.99 with DPMI set to (4096)

More DOSEMU crap. DOSEMU will hard hang 2.3.99Pre4 kernel's if you
enable DPMI memory in dosemu.conf then try to run DPMI programs (like
BORLAND Turbo C IDE). It seems very reproduceable.
