You may experience problems with the 3c905C NIC. It's
a new chipset not completely known by the actual
driver (mine said "checksum error" at boot, but
agreed to work at 10 Mbps). You can get 3com's linux
driver (yes, 3com also writes drivers for linux) at
ftp://ftp.3com.com/pub/nic/linux/ IIRC. It'll work
fine.
