Which raises a few questions:

Why does it disable the interrupts for so long?
Can anything be done to fix that situation?

What about the other ones like... aic7xxx scsi bus reset caused by reading
dirty cdrom that disables (at least used to in 2.2.xx) interrupts for
_20 seconds_(!) or so?
