1. /usr/src/linux/Documentation
Lots of info to be found there..

2. ftp://ftp.linux.org.uk/pub/linux/alan/kernel-api.pdf
A draft version of the kernel API created using comments
in the actual source code. This is still work in progress,
but a handy reference to have when trying to figure out
        arguments to routines etc..

3 http://www.samba.org/~netfilter/kernel-hacking-HOWTO/
        'must-read' information from Rusty.

4. There are also links to lots of useful documents at..
        http://humbolt.geo.uu.nl/Linux-MM/kernel-links.html
If anyone has other links that should be listed here,
please do get in touch with myself (dave@powertweak.com)
        or Rik van Riel (riel@conectiva.com.br)

5. http://www.linux-mag.com/depts/gear.html
Alan Cox has written a load of articles here on various
        driver development issues.

6. If you are just trying to begin learning kernel hacking,
you may be interested in the discussions that take place
        at #kernelnewbies on irc.openprojects.net

Hope this helps...

regards,

Dave.
