Yes, it's a PCI->PCMCIA chip.

  Bus 0, device 7, function 0:

However, it manages not to freeze in either the old kernel or new 2.3.99 kernel.
Kernel 2.3.37 locked up solid, but I don't know if that was the 02Micro or not...
