Shouldn't sockaddr_ll be a member of the __SOCKADDR_ONETYPE #define in
/usr/include/sys/socket.h? I was getting incompatible types trying to use bind,
sendto, recvfrom with AF_PACKET until I added it (socakaddr_ll) to the #define.
