SMP problems

  Couple of lockups on boot with 8way xeons (no bigmem at the moment)
2.3.99pre6-3 with Manfreds /proc race patch. Attached are the oopses
and the boot messages which include an MP table warning which may be
related to the magic 14 minute lockups.
