An nfs(?) root partitian Oops..

I am trying to boot the 2.3.99-pre5 kernel from the network and get
the following Oops (copied from the screen so ther may be
typos) as the kernel boots. The configuration info follows.

I'm the etherboot-4.2/netboot-0.8.1 package. (This works with 2.2.13)

Is there anything else I can turn off in the configure?
