Hi,

nfs_mount.h uses struct nfs2_fh in line 26, but does not include
nfs2.h, where the struct is defined:

linux-2.3.99-pre5/include/linux/nfs_mount.h:26: struct nfs2_fh old_root; /* 1 */
linux-2.3.99-pre5/include/linux/nfs2.h:40:struct nfs2_fh {
