I think the "-15" is a RedHat-ism.

No idea. You'll have to guess the values of all the variables that affect
the ABI - compiler version, smp, bigmem / highmem support, etc. Someone might
be able to tell you (or perhaps RH document) what the default values of these
are for their default kernel.
