difference between create_proc_{read|info}_entry() ?

Hi all,

Could somebody explain the difference between create_proc_read_entry() and
create_proc_info_entry() to me? Both are used within the kernel, but from
my understanding they are both used to register functions that deliver
data when the /proc file is being read, so why are there two functions?
