I got an oops while creating an iso image

I was creating an iso image for cd burning using mkisofs 1.12 from the
cdrecord-mkisofs-1.8-1 package under 2.3.99pre7-1. I got an oops during
the process with a bug report:

This was NOT using loop-mounted files.
