Ok. well who is going to fix it? Or should we just sweep it under the carpet

I tried alot of things to get errors with 2.3.99-pre6 and this was one of
them..
The problem is not in 2.0.31
The problem is not in 2.0.34
The problem is in 2.2.x and 2.3.x as well
