[PATCH] address_space_operations unification

Hi, Linus, Al, Trond and all others who feel interested in topic!

I've attached a patch which appears to make address_space_operations' interface
more logical and easy to use ( as it was discussed at linux-fsdevel ). The main
idea was to change additional argument of all methods to something that
interface do not care of, but all callers do. That's it.

As for me, I would love to see it in the tree, mainly, because than will
simplify my p9fs a lot, but I guess that others will also benefit from this
new interface.

Thanks,
Roman.

P.S. The patch should be applied to the pre7-6, of course.
