I'll chip in my two cents here (on an unrelated problem). I have a
dual P2-333 box with an EEPro100 card. It's currently running 2.3.50;
when I tried to upgrade to 2.3.99-pre5 and -pre6, DHCP (using pump)
timed out while trying to get an address on bootup. There weren't any
errors in the syslog or on console, so I don't have much useful
information. It's an older card (~2 years old); the text from the
last 2.3.50 boot says:
