Dead files in the Rio driver in pre7-9

Looking over the rio serial driver that was recently added in pre7-9, I
noticed that many of the header files are not included into any of the
other files. These files can be removed and the driver still compiles,
saving 192k of disk space in the source tree. I am guessing that these
files are leftovers from the SCO driver source.

The files are: bootpkt.h, brates.h, cdproto.h, chan.h, cmd.h, data.h,
debug.h, defaults.h, eisa.h, enable.h, formpkt.h, hosthw.h, lrt.h,
ltt.h, lttwake.h, mca.h, mesg.h, poll.h, proto.h, qbuf.h, riolocks.h,
riotime.h, riowinif.h, riscos.h, rom.h, rtahw.h, rupstat.h, selftest.h,
sysmap.h, and timeouts.h

PS. drivers/char/Config.in is missing a CONFIG_RIO option in pre7-9.
