sys_msync() broken in pre9-[12] ?

Hi all,

 it seems that sys_msync() has been broken in a way or another, in
-pre9-1. Most prominently, apt-get now freezes while doing
msync(..,..,MS_SYNC). Once that happened, anything which touches anything
in /proc/<pid of apt-get> (ps, top, grep, ls -la) simply freezes in turn.

Running -pre8 +reiserfs-3.6.5 didn't have this problem (it had atrocious
VM performance for 96 Mb, coupled with the usual kswapd bug).
I'm currently running -pre9-1 +reiserfs-3.6.5+classzone28, which does
display this problem (but whose kswapd has survived 600Mb-pnmcrop
processes with flying colours).

I've recompiled -pre9-1 and -pre9-2 without classzone28, still no go
(didn't actually tested the VM 'performance' with these kernels).
