Isn't the Right(tm) thing to do to require a special option to mount to
do an overlay mount and another option to allow multiple mounts of a
particular device? Both of these are non-standard behaviors, so shouldn't
they be treated as such? I agree that the capability should be there, but
I believe that it should not be automatic.
