I haven't; I don't expect to reproduce it even for THAT kernel. As I said,
I've got no idea what did it (yes, I saw a couple of program names
mentioned, neither they not the kernel's been changed in months).

But I can give you one for a 2.3 kernel;-)
Different box, 2.3.99-pre8 gives one every time I try to boot. pre6 is
fine.

The big problem there is capturing the text; I don't know where to find
kmsgdump etc - they don't show up in the places I know about.
