hello,
this is a patch that fixes a bug when you use boards supported by
early versions of eepro (<0.12) and etherexpress 10 isa. this patch also
includes macros for some functions to be more easy to read the code. also
it removes the pnp init section. if anybody gets in trouble with this
please tell me.
