Hi!

1) Is there a simple way to locate and extract retransmission statistics
in the TCP protocol in the 2.2.15 kernel ?
2) Which RFCs are implemented in TCP / 2.2.15 that improves performance
over long delay links?
3) Is the TCP protocol in 2.2.15 different from a RFC point of view
compared to the TCP protocol in the upcoming 2.4.0 release?
