Semi-automated removal system is rather trigger-happy indeed.
Lately a lot of people using HOTMAIL are being kicked away
by two things: 1) Mail quota excess, 2) "transaction failure".
The latter is some sort of internal problem in the HOTMAIL
system, but similar seems to occur at several other sites too.
(No, it isn't due to slow uplink speeds, like some have wondered,
or then 155Mbit POS is "slow"...)
A classical main-stay seems to be that some backup MX servers
for recipient's domain don't consider that domain to be acceptable
for relaying thru said server.. Do verify your own address by
using a MX-verify service at:
http://www.zmailer.org/mxverify.html
This is what has bitten Jeff several times in the past, though
not lately to my knowledge.
If somebody wants to run that CGI, I can add their server to that
driver page.
