You are right, this is no longer a kernel debate, its a social debate, on
how leaders relate to and communicate with the newbies. If this is
supposed to be something like a big team work, the attitudes must change,
for everyone to feel better, more involved and admired, for the latter
everyone has some intrinsic values for: the older guys have experience,
insight, etc. the newcomers have enthusiasm, fresh ideas, and a bit more
objective viewpoint on the kernel <-> anything else questions.
