2.4.0-test1-ac{9,10,11}: good interactive responsiveness

Hi,

for contrast purposes I want to congratulate everyone involved in ac9-11.
CPU intensive stuff now doesn't visibly block everything else anymore. I could
'MAKE="make -j 2" make ...' on the kernel and while with older kernels, X and
other apps were blocked badly (mouse cursor jumpy, ...), this is completely
different in ac9-11. You only noticed that there's something hogging the CPU
if you look at the load or watch the compile :-). Good job done!
