I played with a patch to support the MDA as a second monitor when I was using
2.0.x, that supported screen blanking on both monitors. I will dig the patch
out and have a read. How are you going to do multiple keyboards? USB? Or is
all of that kind of stuff in an FAQ I have not spotted?
