Hi,

I use Red Hat 6.2beta and from time to time I got the following error message:

kernel: ide1: unexpected interrupt, status=0x51, count=1

some minutes later I got this message:

kernel: ide1: unexpected interrupt, status=0x51, count=2

and so on.

I have the Toshiba Satellite 300 CDS Notebook and in ide1 there is my
CD-ROM. I also use a pcmcia ide hard disk witch is on ide2.

>From ide2 I got the same message as for ide1 as I came back from the suspend
mode. But everything works right.

But sometimes my hda lost the interrupt when I came back from the suspend
mode. Than I got the message hda interrupt lost. But this is only sometimes.

I donīt know if the error messages from ide1 and ide2 have something to do
with hda.

I hope anyone can help me with this problem.

Cu
Rainer
