The events get passed in as PCMCIA events, and the *_cs 16-bit drivers
are also different from the *_cb CardBus drivers. In 3c574_cs, search
for CS_EVENT_PM_SUSPEND and CS_EVENT_PM_RESUME; in 3c575_cb, search
for vortex_suspend() and vortex_resume().
