Microsoft NT/W2K/Linux NTFS Repair/Debug Tool

I will provide a tool that decodes and repairs NTFS volumes to those
folks who run into this problem, but our agreements with Microsoft do
not allow us to distribute it for any purpose other than to assist
Microsoft customers who have corrupted drives.

That being said, anyone with a corrupted NTFS drive trashed by Linux is
welcome to use this tool provided you agree not to distribute it and
that you are only using it to restore your W2K or Windows NT 4.0 volumes
trashed by Linux. The tool comes with no docs, and no support, and runs
only under Windows NT/W2K.
