OOps 2.4.0-test1 in 2 easy steps - gpm bug ( + serial bug + mount -o loop bug for free )

Hi!

I've nice and reproducible oops:

on vesafb:

press shift pageup few times to get into scrollback buffer
now try marking something with gpm (try it few times, try to
drag). Oopses within fbcon_cfb16_putc with "unable to handle kernel
paging request", gpm is dead but kernel stays well alive.

I have _some_ problems with serial port / slip: on detach, I get
recursive oops sometimes (backtrace is longer and longer and longer),
machine is completely dead.

Then there's problem with mount -o loop: file can not be accessed as
busy even after umount, saying "text file busy". This is reproducible.
