tc CRASHES on 2.3.99-PRE9 [BUG?]

Hi all,
I'm running 2.3.99-pre9 with netfilter and iproute2(tc qdisc)
but whenever I delete a virtual interface in tc, the system would halt,
also today the system halted without any changes in tc.
is that a BUG?or incompatibility
