linux kernel rebooting

Hi

I think I may have solved the problem with the A20 gate handler by patching
a little bit in setup.S
A least now the machine always rebootes on the same spot (see output below).
Is there some way to prohibit linux to try to use the keyboard controller
(8042), on this embedded machine there is no such controller, only some XT
keyboard interface ?
On the other hand the kernel should not reboot even though it get a keyboard
timeout.
