2.40 test5pre3 menuconfig PCMCIA error?

When using make menuconfig in 2.4.0 test 5 pre3 (and pre2), the PCMCIA configuration menu shows only an option to turn CardBus support on and off, not PCMCIA support as a whole as it did before.

I assume this is unintentional;slap me if I missed something.
