running linux 2.4.0-test4 with oss 3.9.3n (15 July 2000) for maestro 3, i
get the following error on occasion.

this has been happening since test2. this is the first its happened in
about 3-4 days. it used to be more commond with the earlier oss drivers
for test2.

it seems to happen right after the first couple sounds play after bootup
and login. this one happened after playing mp3s for about 4
hours and then stopping.

this is going to kernel developers and oss, so many thanks to anyone who
can track it down and get it fixed. thanks. otherwise everything has
been grand.
