I can not get CML2 to work. Am I just being dumb? Have I missed an RTFM
somewhere?

This is Debian GNU/Linux Woody.
I just unpacked the code and ran it. I tried putting the code in
linux/scripts, but still no joy.
I have tried each version since the last 0.6.x
